Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
· Mix, garnish, and serve drinks like cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
· Ensure drinks are served at the correct temperature and consistency.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including countertops, shelves, and glasses.
· Refill supplies of liquor, syrups, garnishes, and other bar necessities.
· Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
· Keep track of tabs and ensure correct billing.
Skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
· Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol safety.
· Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
· Must be able to lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of liquor.
· Good manual dexterity for mixing drinks and handling bar tools.
