We’re looking for a Bar Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining profitability, and creating an exceptional guest experience. This includes managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

· Supervise all bar activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

· Maintain high standards of beverage preparation, presentation, and service.

· Create and implement bar menus, seasonal cocktails, and promotions.

· Recruit, train, and schedule bar staff.

· Ensure compliance with all licensing, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

· Track sales, prepare reports, and implement cost-control measures.

· Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.

· Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.

· Monitor stock levels and order supplies in a timely manner.

Skills

· Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or similar role.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

· Ability to manage budgets, analyze sales data, and forecast trends.

· Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service (preferred).

· Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of liquor.

· Good manual dexterity for mixing drinks and handling bar tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
