We are seeking a passionate and creative Bartender to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a cocktail program starting from the ground up. We are looking for people who are hard working, innovative, and strive for exceptional quality.
Pay
- $10.00/hr while prepping before the shift
- $6.00/hr while serving the guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency, excellence, and artistry in drink preparation
- Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming, refined bar experience for guests
- Work collaboratively with ownership, management, and kitchen staff
- Maintaining a clean work environment while providing prompt and precise service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mixology or high-end bartending
- Strong understanding of spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktails.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and hospitality skills
- A flair for creativity, paired with professional execution.
