Server Assistant - Everett Region

Busser/Server Assistant Job Duties:

• Communicates with, and assists, food servers to maintain high-efficiency service.
• Ensures satisfaction and well-being of all guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocks front-of-house areas.
• Serves water and provides refills as necessary.
• Clears dishes and utensils between courses and replaces dishes and utensils after guests leave.
• May also assist servers in pouring hot beverages, such as coffee or tea.

Other Job Requirements

Education:

Some high school is required.

Experience:

No previous food service experience required.

Qualifications:

Must be able to speak and understand English. Must be able to organize and successfully multitask.

Physical:

Must be able to stand and walk at a fast pace for periods of up to four hours and lift, bend and stoop. Must be able to frequently lift and carry bust tubs, trays and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more.

$20.77 - $20.77 Hourly Tips

Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the companys 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. Sick time is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
