What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service.
- Build strong front-of-house teams through coaching, development, and accountability.
- Partner with the General Manager to coordinate seamless service and guest flow.
- Model Anthony’s hospitality culture by engaging with guests and resolving concerns with care and professionalism.
- Support restaurant goals through thoughtful scheduling, labor management, and cost awareness.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
- Contribute to restaurant events, training programs, and company-wide initiatives that strengthen our team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for hospitality and leadership in a guest-centered environment.
- Prior experience in restaurant management, ideally in a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to coach and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high standards.
- A calm, professional presence in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Wage & Benefits Offered
$28.00 - $31.00 Hourly
Overtime and an Incentive percentage based on the restaurants operating profit included
