Dining Room Manager

Our Dining Room Managers play a key role in leading our service teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and upholding the quality and warmth that define Anthony’s.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service.
• Build strong front-of-house teams through coaching, development, and accountability.
• Partner with the General Manager to coordinate seamless service and guest flow.
• Model Anthony’s hospitality culture by engaging with guests and resolving concerns with care and professionalism.
• Support restaurant goals through thoughtful scheduling, labor management, and cost awareness.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
• Contribute to restaurant events, training programs, and company-wide initiatives that strengthen our team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and leadership in a guest-centered environment.
• Prior experience in restaurant management, ideally in a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to coach and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high standards.
• A calm, professional presence in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Wage & Benefits Offered

$28.00 - $31.00 Hourly

Overtime and an Incentive percentage based on the restaurants operating profit included
