HVAC Service Technician

Shifts
- Wednesday through Sunday (off Monday & Tuesday) ( Noon - 10:00 PM
- Saturday through Wednesday (off Thursday & Friday) Evening
- Weekend Availability Required
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and related issues.
- Clearly present repair options, service agreements, and estimates to customers in a polite and respectful manner.
- Perform approved repairs efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and collect payment.
- Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service to ensure complete satisfaction.

What You Need to Join the Family
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing systems, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Familiarity with using iPads in the field.
- Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).
- Required Certifications: EPA 608 Type II or Universal.
- NATE certification is a plus (company-sponsored training available to assist with certification).
- Must have tools
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends on-call, as needed.
