What You’ll Do
- Perform residential electrical service and maintenance calls as assigned
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues with professionalism and care
- Provide clear repair or replacement options to customers
- Conduct a 5-point safety inspection and promote the A.S.A.P. membership on every call
- Complete all required service documentation and enter notes in ServiceTitan
- Maintain organized truck stock and complete restock requests after each job
- Attend scheduled technical trainings and contribute to team performance
- Ensure safety protocols and electrical codes are followed on every job
- Support team standards through clean work habits, accurate paperwork, and task follow-through
What You Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of residential electrical experience
- Knowledge of electrical code and safety practices
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Detail-oriented, focused, and task-driven
- Comfortable working independently and in a field-based environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
