What You’ll Do:

• Precisely assign technicians to appointments based on detailed skill sets, job requirements, and verified parts availability.
• Communicate clearly and factually with technicians to ensure they have exact information, tools, and instructions for each call.
• Provide accurate, timely updates to customers regarding technician status and arrival times.
• Monitor weather, traffic, and job progress using established protocols, alerting technicians to potential issues with precise detail.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify parts alignment and scheduling accuracy.
• Maintain dispatch board precision and data integrity, including time-off requests, availability, and schedule adjustments.
• Support overall efficiency through careful, detail-oriented decision-making and adherence to processes throughout the day.

What You Bring:

• Comfort working within clearly defined systems, processes, and dispatch software like Service Titan (with time provided to master it fully).

• Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Outlook, and technology-driven, fact-based workflows.
