Anthony Medical & Chiropractic Center is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Development, Marketing & Growth to lead strategic growth initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, brand development, marketing strategy, and customer acquisition.
This executive-level position will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to identify acquisition opportunities, strengthen the organization’s market position, develop scalable marketing strategies, and drive sustainable patient and revenue growth across a growing network of healthcare locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization’s corporate development, marketing, and growth strategy.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, strategic partnerships, new markets, and service-line expansion opportunities.
- Participate in financial, operational, and strategic due diligence.
- Support negotiations, transaction planning, and post-acquisition integration.
- Develop a cohesive brand strategy across multiple clinics, markets, and service lines.
- Lead customer and patient acquisition strategies using digital marketing, community outreach, referral development, partnerships, and traditional media.
- Evaluate current marketing performance and establish clear metrics for lead generation, conversion, customer acquisition cost, patient retention, revenue growth, and return on investment.
- Develop market-entry strategies for new clinic locations and acquired practices.
- Build scalable marketing systems that support continued organizational growth.
- Oversee outside agencies, vendors, marketing partners, and internal team members.
- Collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, recruiting, finance, and business development.
- Present growth plans, performance results, and strategic recommendations to ownership and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- An MBA, MHA, master’s degree in marketing, or another relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Significant executive-level experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, marketing leadership, brand development, customer acquisition, or organizational growth may be considered in place of formal education.
- A demonstrated record of successfully leading measurable growth, acquisition, branding, or market-expansion initiatives will be weighed heavily in the selection process.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded executive who understands both the strategic and operational sides of organizational growth.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Significant experience in corporate development, marketing leadership, growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, or business development.
- A demonstrated history of driving measurable customer, patient, or revenue growth.
- Experience developing and managing brand strategies across multiple locations or markets.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, lead generation, conversion strategy, customer acquisition, and return on investment.
- Experience evaluating new markets, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Strong financial, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience in healthcare, multi-location services, private equity-backed organizations, or another fast-growing organization is strongly preferred.
The anticipated salary range is $100,000–$160,000, based on experience and qualifications, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities.

The individual will develop data-driven growth plans, optimize the performance of existing locations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and the organization’s mission of integrated, community-centered care.
Qualifications
- Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) skills to lead strategic growth initiatives and evaluate expansion opportunities.
- Finance and Investments experience to analyze business performance, assess new ventures, and support long-term financial planning.
- Due Diligence expertise to manage transaction processes, evaluate risks, and ensure sound decision-making in partnerships and acquisitions.
- Proven leadership in marketing and growth strategy, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or multi-location service organizations.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operations, and executive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is advantageous.
- Experience in regional or multi-site expansion, corporate partnerships, or community outreach programs is a plus.
