We're looking for a motivated candidate to service retail grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and merchandising fresh produce. You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality displays, ensuring product freshness, and delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Key Tasks
- Merchandise fresh produce in assigned retail stores
- Stock, rotate, and maintain product freshness
- Build attractive produce displays to drive sales
- Monitor quality and remove damaged/expired items
- Understand customers' vision and merchandising standards and execute accordingly
- Communicate inventory needs and store feedback
- Support promotions and seasonal displays
- Maintain clean and organized produce departments
Qualifications
- Grocery/produce or merchandising experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
