Job Description:
· Organizing receptionist area.
· Handling phone calls and appointments
· Knowledge of QuickBooks is expected.
· Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office helpful.
· Payroll, accounts receivable and payable.
· Miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
Details/Benefits
· Hourly Pay: $20-23/hr or commensurate with experience
· Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 PM

· Tax Season – Jan/Feb-April 15th extended hours & weekends probable
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
