What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales & Occupancy
- Own the full sales cycle—from first inquiry to move-in
- Conduct tours, build trust with families, and confidently close
- Follow up consistently and keep strong documentation (this part matters)
- Develop referral partnerships with healthcare providers and local professionals
- Stay active in the market through outreach and events
- Help families navigate emotional decisions with clarity and empathy
- Coordinate smooth, well-prepared move-ins with internal teams
- Manage the marketing plan, track performance, and adjust as needed
- Stay focused on occupancy goals and department outcomes
- Sales or marketing experience (senior living is a plus, not required)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence in guiding conversations and closing
- Organization and follow-through—you stay on top of details and documentation
- A genuine interest in supporting seniors and their families
- Hitting occupancy goals
- Building a reliable referral network
- Creating a positive, professional experience for every family
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
- 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
