This is a full-time on-site role located in Jacksonville/Fernandina , FL for a Purchasing Lead. The Purchasing Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end purchasing processes, including the creation and management of purchase orders. Daily tasks will include identifying and procuring the goods and services required by the organization, ensuring timely delivery, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role also involves analyzing purchasing data to make informed decisions to optimize purchasing strategies. This job can be remote if preferable.
Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchasing
- Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
