Are you a results-driven dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for precision, leadership, and patient care? We're looking for a Dental Office Manager who understands the business and the clinical side of dentistry-and knows how to lead a team to success.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Accurately review and input treatment plans with appropriate CDT codes and documentation
- Ensure insurance claims are submitted correctly and promptly -with the right attachments the first time
- Confidently navigate financial discussions with patients and offer solutions that work for them and the practice
- Maximize schedule efficiency by keeping hygiene and doctor columns full
- Drive performance in collections, aiming for 100% or better
- Lead by example-supporting team growth, morale, and accountability
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in dental office management
- Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance billing, and CDT coding
- Proven track record of increasing collections and production
- Confident communicator who isn't afraid of difficult financial conversations
- Tech-savvy with experience using Open Dental (or similar PMS)
- Motivated, organized, and a true team leader
