About the Role
As a Wash Attendant, you are the face of our car wash, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll contribute to a clean, organized, and safe environment while actively promoting our popular membership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell car wash services, with a focus on driving membership sales and delivering value to new and existing customers.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to all safety standards.
- Actively contribute to the team’s success by collaborating and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks to keep the facility in top condition.
- Handle cash transactions securely and follow company procedures.
- Uphold professional appearance and behavior to reflect our company values.
- Support management with additional tasks as assigned/needed.
