Position Summary

Anthem Erosion Control & Landscaping is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking Residential Landscapers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape installation, irrigation, grading, planting, and general landscape construction. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our residential customers throughout the Denver Metro area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and maintain residential landscapes
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
• Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
• Install rock, mulch, edging, and other landscape materials
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Interact professionally with customers and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work legally in the United States

Preferred

• Previous landscaping or landscape construction experience
• Irrigation installation and repair experience
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

• $22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills

Pay Transparency

The compensation range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and business needs.
