Position Overview
We are seeking a sales-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant for a brand-new Class A lease-up community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building a community from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-energy lease-up environment, driving leasing momentum and creating an exceptional resident experience from day one. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and associates
- Tour, qualify, and effectively sell the property’s features to prospective and current residents
- Manage the leasing, application, closing, and move-in process for new and existing residents
- Create and execute weekly marketing and social media posts to support leasing and community engagement
- Conduct weekly market surveys to stay informed on pricing, concessions, and local competition
- Plan and coordinate monthly resident events to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Assess customer needs and resolve concerns, escalating issues as appropriate
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with the ability to diffuse and resolve challenging situations while nurturing relationships
- Utilize strong administrative and computer skills to manage lease files, update documentation, and complete marketing and advertising tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year of leasing experience (preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- Bilingual (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Weekends required.
