What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at ANTHEM Coffee and Tea?
This position has working hours during regular business hours and involves working with others. They should have the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, can participate in the cooking and baking of menu items according to recipies and instructions, works as a team with all kitchen staff to ensure high standards, had the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and are comfortable working independently and having the drive to work on all the tasks at hand. Baking experience is preferred but not required. This is not a customer service role.
Has to be 18 and older because we serve alcohol. Has the ability to work at a minimum of 15 hours a week and a maximum of 38 hours a week. Has the ability to be teachable and a desire to grow.
