Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales within assigned territories
- Introduce Anthem Broadband internet services to homeowners
- Present service packages and pricing
- Answer customer questions and educate homeowners
- Complete customer enrollments and submit documentation
- Represent Anthem Broadband professionally in the community
- Work with an Area Manager for territory coordination and coaching
Training Program
All contractors complete a structured onboarding program before working independently under the direction of a regional manager.
Training includes:
- 2 days classroom training (4 hours each day)
- 2 days field training with an Area Manager
- Area Manager approval required before independent work
Licensing & Bonding
Contractors responsible for covering their own licensing costs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and working outdoors
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
