Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Behavioral Therapist, based in Bel Air, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, conducting behavioral assessments, and implementing treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, and providing support to help clients develop essential skills and achieve their individual goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with teams
- Knowledge in Psychology and experience applying psychological principles in therapy
- Experience Working With Children and tailoring therapeutic strategies to their developmental needs
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Licensure or certification in behavioral therapy (e.g., BCBA) is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
