Antheil Maslow & MacMinn, LLP seeks to add attorneys for its growing Business & Finance Group. We are interested in hearing from experienced corporate attorneys at different stages of their careers and have a particular interest in candidates with significant transactional experience who are prepared to take a senior role in handling sophisticated matters and client relationships.
Candidates should have meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and commercial transactions. Experience in one or more of the following areas is also desirable: private placements; operating and shareholder agreements; business succession planning; tax; financing transactions; real estate acquisitions and leasing; licensing and intellectual property matters; and general contract drafting and negotiation.
For our more senior-level need, we are particularly interested in attorneys with substantial experience managing complex transactions, counseling business owners and executives, and independently handling significant client matters.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required, with New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
