Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Houston, TX. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating relationships with wireless dealers, meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting client meetings, promoting AntGen's products and services, delivering training sessions to retail partners, and gathering market insights to support sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability in client relationship building, negotiation, and achieving sales goals.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group settings.
- Problem-Solving and Organization Skills: Capacity to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless technology, products, and services is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to travel within the designated area to meet with clients.
- Previous experience in field sales or account management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a strong advantage but not required.
