Under General Supervision, This Position Will
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction and operation of water transfer systems used to support hydraulic fracturing.
- Collaborate with centralized water transfer control room to support remote water transfer operations.
- Coordinate and monitor third (3 rd ) party contractors to ensure operations are performed safely, on schedule and within budget, and that environmental permits and regulatory policies are followed.
- Coordinate and oversee the mobilization and deployment of mobile/temporary water facilities such as pumps, meter boxes, manifolds, etc.
- Assess and monitor pipeline pigging and hydro-testing operations to ensure safety requirements and engineering guidance are properly implemented.
- Develop and execute routine water system maintenance schedules and collaborate with system inspectors to quickly address issues as they are discovered.
- Collaborate with Operations Management and Engineering team members to develop best field solutions for water system improvement. Recommend new and/or improved practices to optimize system and team performance.
- Support Trucking/Dispatch personnel to monitor and supervise the hauling of fresh, treated and flowback water.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of water operations, water management programs or field related experience.
List and describe the required factors (i.e. knowledge, skills, abilities, software programs), that are needed for this role.
- Understanding of water infrastructure, construction and operations.
- Able to read and understand construction plans, site drawings and design specifications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Safety minded with upmost concern for the well-being of others.
- Ability to make independent decisions and judgment to execute projects efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and disciplines within and outside of the organization.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, elevated organizational skills and self-motivation, with ability to accomplish multiple tasks at a high level.

- Ability to safely operate vehicles, equipment, and tools.
- Able to recognize and apply safety processes and procedures.
- Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) that meet Company’s Insurance qualifications to operate Company vehicle.
- Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

- Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
- Extreme Cold and Heat: temperatures typically below 32 o F or above 100 o F for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow, and humidity.

- Hazards: includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals, combustibles, explosives, etc.
- Regular business hours.
- Available for on-call rotation and responsibilities on weekends and holidays for urgent issues or emergencies during off hours, as needed.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Minimally lift, push, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Physically maneuver around objects at the jobsite such as, compressor stations and pipeline right-of-way during the construction phase of the project.
- Frequent amount of traversing through challenging terrain to perform work, evaluate sites and conditions, inspect equipment/assets, etc.
Approximate amount of time.
- Frequent travel may be required to other locations.
- Frequent travel to Company’s field operations and/or offices. Approximately 85% of time in field.
