About the Role
Antera Software is looking for a motivated Implementation Specialist to join our growing team in Plano, TX. In this role, you’ll guide customers through the setup and configuration of Antera’s Advance™ software platform, deliver engaging and effective training, and ensure every customer feels confident using our system to its full potential. You’ll work closely with internal teams and serve as a trusted partner in helping businesses streamline and modernize their operations with Antera.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client implementations: Manage end-to-end processes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful launches.
- Deliver impactful training: Conduct interactive, tailored sessions—both in-person and virtual—to educate users of all levels.
- Be a product expert: Demonstrate platform capabilities, highlight best practices, and adapt training to client goals.
- Support and troubleshoot: Provide hands-on assistance throughout the deployment process and proactively resolve user challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement: Use feedback and insights to refine training materials and processes.
- Collaborate internally: Partner with Product, Support, and Account teams to align deployments with client success objectives.
- Create learning resources: Develop documentation, FAQs, and quick-reference guides to empower users long after training.
- Measure success: Track adoption, participation, and performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.

- Experience with SaaS software training, implementation, or customer success (preferred)

- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)
