This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Technician II located in Westminster, MD. The Quality Technician II will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, testing materials and products, maintaining quality control documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Additional duties include collaborating with production teams to identify and address quality issues, supporting root cause analysis, and assisting in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in quality inspections, product testing, and interpreting technical documentation
- Proficiency with tools and methodologies used in quality control and assurance processes
- Strong ability to identify and address quality concerns, and support root cause analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
- Associates degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
