What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) position at Antelope Memorial Hospital?
Schedule: Rotating day, occasional overnight shifts, every 3rd weekend (full-time) and rotating holidays.
Reports To: Director of Nursing
Position Summary:
This position provides direct and indirect patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Must accurately communicate with physicians/supervisor/DON & Co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition. A successful candidate will be responsible for documentation of assessments, interventions, outcomes, discharge plans, and patient/family education. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and possess a current RN or LPN license in the State of Nebraska. BLS required.
