What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at ANT Academy?
About Us
ANT Academy (aka ANT Behavior Solutions) is a boutique, center-based ABA practice in Lafayette, California. We’re a small, close-knit team passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care in a warm, playful, and supportive environment.
Our approach emphasizes naturalistic teaching, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, with a focus on early childhood development, school readiness, social skills, and emotional regulation.
We believe learning happens everywhere! Our children enjoy outdoor play, gardening, caring for animals, and hands-on exploration as part of their everyday learning experiences.
We value creativity, collaboration, and a positive work environment where both children and clinicians can thrive.

We’re looking for a compassionate, creative, and collaborative BCBA to join our growing team.
Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply! Our experienced clinicians provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support. Whether you’re just starting your BCBA career or have years of experience, we’d love to hear from you.
