Qualifications:
- Must be one of the following: licensed in the state of Idaho LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC.
We offer a competitive wage of $34.00-45.00 hr DOE

Duties:
- Provide individual and group therapy to patients with mental health issues, substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Complete intake assessments, case planning, treatment planning, discharge planning and follow up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using an electronic medical record system.
- Maintain relationships with other mental health professionals by providing referrals and professional development opportunities.
Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
