Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following Idaho licenses:
- LMSW
- LCSW
- LPC
- LCPC
What You'll Do
- Complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (ICANS).
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy for children and adults.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
- Help clients build healthy coping strategies, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful treatment goals.
- Support individuals experiencing crisis while providing compassionate, trauma-informed care.
- Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Stay current with best practices, clinical research, and continuing education.
