Creation Museum Seasonal Operations- Spring 2026

Seasonal Operations team members are responsible for creating the best experience possible for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Creation Museum and serving others, enthusiastic, energetic, an excellent multi-tasker, and able and willing to fill or change positions quickly. This position should display our Core Values of SERVE when interfacing with both internal and external guests to ensure that the message and mission of Answers in Genesis is portrayed in an effective and God honoring fashion.

REQUIREMENTS:

All Creation Museum employees must be able to move and stand for long periods of time, meet lifting requirements (25-75 pounds), perform duties in varied weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat/cold, rain), are subject to a background check, confirm agreement with the Answers in Genesis’ Statement of Faith, and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy.

JOB TITLE: Seasonal – Culinary Services

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent service to all guests by creating an exceptional dining experience
• Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with recipe and safety standards
• Assist guests with food purchases in a quick and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, wash and sanitize dishes
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service skills: friendly and courteous with guests
• Attention to details: eyes on food standards, costs, safety
• Basic Math skills: Accuracy in cash and financial transactions with guests
• Wear proper slip-resistant footwear, aprons, hats/hair nets and personal protective equipment when operating sharp or hot equipment

JOB TITLE: Seasonal – Housekeeping

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the day-to-day cleanliness of the attractions and grounds
• Remove and dispose of trash/recyclables and clean bins
• Clean floors, windows, doors, walls and restrooms
• Perform responsibilities with a safety-first mindset
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service skills: friendly and courteous with guests
• Attention to details: eyes on guests’ service standards, costs, and safety
• Organizational skills: rotation of date sensitive inventory and cleaning

JOB TITLE: Seasonal – A-Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional service to all guests
• Assist with guest flow throughout the park
• Serve all departments by attending to their daily operational needs
• Actively monitor and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
• Always display a servant attitude and humble spirit
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service oriented, dedicated to high guest satisfaction levels
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Basic math skills: accuracy in cash and financial transactions with guests
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license

JOB TITLE: Seasonal – Retail

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
• Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.
• Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset.
• Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
• Proactively greet and assist guests on the sales floor with product and attraction inquiries.
• Assist guests with retail purchases in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Maintain full and accurate inventory by assisting with cycle counts, anticipating guest product demand, and utilizing information technology for data analysis
• Assist with inventory and pricing as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff by ensuring walkways are clear of products, boxes, and spills.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Strong oral communication skills: comfortable giving directions to guest
• Basic math skills: accuracy in cash and financial transactions with guests
• Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and move about throughout the attraction for the entire length of shift.

JOB TITLE: Seasonal – Guest Services

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
• Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.
• Approach all tasks with a second mile mindset.
• Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
• Provide excellent service to all guests by creating an excellent first impression throughout their visit at the attraction.
• Provide excellent service to all guests by greeting, directing, and answering questions relative to attraction and event information and wayfinding.
• Proactively engage guests to assertively direct and enforce traffic flow.
• Assist guests with rental purchases such as ECV scooters, wheelchairs, and strollers in a quick and efficient manner utilizing Point-of-Sale system and cash handling procedures.
• Provide guest assistance and training in proper ECV usage and procedures for usage on Museum grounds.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
