Full-Time Call Center Agent
Company: Map Communications l Location: Edinburg, TX (In-Office)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week (10-hr shifts) l Requires working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays

Day-to-day:
- Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service during high-volume incoming calls.
- Accurately collect, verify, and route message details to clients.
- Enter caller data efficiently into our system with a high degree of precision.
- Meet and exceed core metrics, including scheduled adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
- Assist a diverse clientele by taking calls in both English and Spanish, providing seamless translation and interpretation whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Upbeat, clear, and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal English skills (correct grammar and spelling required).
- Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
- Typing speed of at least 35WPM.
- Dependable attendance and a strong dedication to quality work.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week and scheduled holidays.
Pay: The base pay for this position is $16/hour, with an opportunity to earn a premium rate of $18.50/hour through flawless attendance. To qualify for the $18.50/hour rate, team members must demonstrate consistent punctuality at shift start, timely return from all breaks, and complete adherence to scheduled shift hours.
