Answering Service Agent Role

**Earn weekly performance bonuses by exceeding performance expectations (starting at $2.75/hr above New Hire Starting Pay)**

As an Answering Service Agent, you’ll be the professional, friendly voice for the businesses we serve. You’ll primarily handle calls for a designated group of industries and may support other accounts during busy periods, so no two days are exactly the same.

Pay

• Starting pay: $16.00/hr ($16.50/hr for bilingual English/Spanish)
• Raise at 4 months: $16.50/hr ($17.00/hr for bilingual)
• Weekly performance bonuses starting at $2.75/hr above starting pay when you exceed performance expectations
• Weekly direct deposit and annual performance reviews

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while listening carefully to each caller
• Complete lead intakes, schedule appointments, and transfer calls to the right contacts
• Dispatch messages clearly, accurately, and on time
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call records
• Support customers through live chat, SMS, and email

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred; retail, hospitality, reception, and call center backgrounds all count
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Full Time and Part Time daytime and evening shifts available. All schedules include one (1) weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday).
