Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center

Answering Service Care is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our FL, NJ and NC offices! In this role, you will answer calls, take accurate messages, schedule appointments, transfer calls, and help customers from industries such as medical, legal, home services, real estate, and business services.

This is a good fit if you have experience as a customer service representative, receptionist, front desk associate, medical receptionist, call center agent, dispatcher, or office assistant.

• Margate, FL = $16.00/hr Weekly performance bonus (starting at $2.75/hr)
• Rocky Mount, NC = $15.00/hr Weekly performance bonus (starting at $2.75/hr)
• Hamilton Township, NJ = $18.00/hr Weekly performance bonus (starting at $2.75/hr)
• $0.50/hr after 4 months

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Take messages, gather details, and document information clearly
• Schedule appointments and route calls to the right person or business
• Follow client-specific instructions and call scripts
• Use multiple computer systems while staying focused on the caller
• Support calls, live chat, SMS, and email when needed
• Stay calm and helpful during urgent or high-volume situations

• Strong phone voice and written communication
• Customer service, receptionist, front desk, call center, or office experience preferred
• Comfortable typing, using computers, and moving between systems
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
• Patient, empathetic, and steady under pressure
