Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid, role for a Licensed Therapist based in our office in Annapolis, MD. The Licensed Therapist will provide individual, couples, adolescent and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining proper documentation, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The therapist will also participate in team meetings and training to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in devising and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation.

- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
