Ansonia Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Brighton Square Apartments in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who thrives in an independent role and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
🔧 What You'll Do:
• Lead all maintenance operations for a 122-unit apartment community
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain curb appeal and common areas
• Coordinate vendors and manage inventory
• Participate in on-call
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with older buildings and legacy systems preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Yardi experience is a plus
💲Pay: $25 per hour (based on experience)
