IT Systems Administrator - Franklin Mountain Management | Full-Time | Santa Teresa, NM

Job Summary:
The IT Systems Administrator assists with troubleshooting, resolving basic IT issues, and supporting production staff and equipment on the shop floor.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer and support Active Directory infrastructure and multiple network environments
Perform routine system administration, direct technical tasks, and ensure network reliability
Analyze customer requirements to recommend hardware/software solutions using automated systems
Implement system enhancements: install, patch, monitor, troubleshoot, and manage configurations
Provide backup and recovery services; manage file systems, disk space, and antivirus protection
Create and maintain user/computer accounts; manage permissions and security access controls
Test new software releases for compatibility and minimal user disruption
Document technical procedures and develop process improvements
Recommend purchases of hardware, software, and system components
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate products, resolve issues, and optimize services
Enforce organizational IT policies and strict information security protocols
Maintain audit logs and security data for classified systems as directed
Manage Multi-Factor Authentication and Office 365 accounts
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, troubleshooting Window Servers, and providing high level of support on systems, investigating, analyzing, and resolving difficult problems on network components and multi-purpose platform systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with printers, barcode/RFID systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Basic computer, operating system, and application knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed
