This role sits at the center of our operations—partnering with project teams, working directly with vendors, and making sure everything needed to execute the job is lined up and delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the purchasing process from start to finish—making sure our jobs have what they need, when they need it.
- Source and secure materials and equipment for active construction projects
- Build and manage vendor relationships—negotiating pricing, timelines, and terms
- Create and manage purchase orders with accuracy and urgency
- Track inventory and stay ahead of material needs
- Coordinate deliveries to job sites and keep projects moving
- Keep documentation tight—shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Partner closely with project teams to align on schedules and priorities
- Troubleshoot issues quickly—whether it’s a delay, shortage, or vendor concern
What You Bring
- 10 years of purchasing experience, ideally in construction or a related field
- Experience working in an ERP system (COINS strongly preferred)
- Strong instincts for organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
- Confidence working with vendors and negotiating effectively
- Familiarity with inventory and material tracking processes
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to read construction drawings is a plus
- Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus
