Background and Experience:

We are open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. While experience in accounting, finance, or equipment leasing is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is highly capable, quick to learn, and motivated to build expertise in a structured financial environment.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and concepts quickly, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work directly with clients to resolve billing questions, payment discrepancies, and related issues in a professional and constructive manner
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see issues through to resolution
  • Comfort working with data, including reviewing information for accuracy, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring completeness
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a reputation for being reliable, responsive, and easy to work with

Helpful but not required:

  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, customer service, or operations
  • Familiarity with ASPIRE or similar lease/loan management systems
  • Basic understanding of invoices, payments, or reconciliations

Above all, we value candidates who demonstrate strong judgment, curiosity, and a commitment to getting the details right, along with the ability to build positive working relationships both internally and with clients.

Benefits:

  • Salary range $70,000 - $100,000
  • This position is bonus eligible
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K plan, and paid time off
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and growth
