- Client Journey Engagement: strengthens senior client relationships and ensures client understands the value Ansira delivers to their business
- Commercial Ownership: drives weekly organic revenue growth; owns account plans, renewals & retention
- Pipeline Generation: executes the 6 Growth Levers (Module Expansion, LMA, Co-Op, etc…) on cadence
- Forecast Discipline: ensures strict pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy & CRM hygiene
- Business Review Narrative: owns the strategic executive story
- Whitespace & Risk ID: Proactively identifies growth opportunities & risks weekly
- Converts whitespace into closed-won revenue; secures renewals
- Drives gross pipeline to hit portfolio targets
- Mitigates account risk early to protect forecast
- Ensures cross-functional teams deliver on commitments
