We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SimCorp Dimension implementation and migration programs for major global financial services clients. You will be part of a high-impact Program Management Office overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership across project governance, planning, RAID management, stakeholder engagement, and multi-workstream coordination.
- Lead full lifecycle SimCorp implementation and migration programs.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, technology, data, and integrations.
- Manage PMO functions: governance, status reporting, financial tracking, and risk management.
- Deliver standardized and scalable frameworks for consistent client outcomes.
- Work closely with Program Directors, PMO Leads, Analysts, and Workstream Leads.
- Engage with contractors and external vendors; assess and source strong delivery talent.
- Ensure high-quality execution across complex financial services transformation projects.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams.
- 5–10 years of Project/Program Management experience in Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience delivering SimCorp Dimension implementations (required).
- Strong background in migration workstreams and large-scale system change.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs with multiple dependencies.
- Excellent communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Boston several days per week (hybrid environment).
- Must be located in the United States.
- Experience as a Program Director, PMO Lead, or Workstream Lead.
- Knowledge of front-, middle-, and back-office investment operations.
- Experience working with global asset managers or investment firms.
