Job Title: Technical Project Manager (AI)

Role Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, NLP) projects, driving Agile execution and ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, planning, execution, and delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams (Data Science, ML, Product, Business)
- Drive Agile/Scrum using tools like Jira, Confluence
- Translate business needs into AI solutions
- Track KPIs, timelines, and report to leadership
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation
- Oversee deployment, scalability, and production readiness
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage vendors
Required Qualifications
- 10 years in Technical PM/Program Management
- Experience delivering AI/ML & Generative AI projects
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, NLP, prompt engineering
- Understanding of ML lifecycle (data → deployment)
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Agile/Scrum expertise
- Basic Python understanding
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
Preferred
- Tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Hugging Face
- MLOps & deployment pipelines
- Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
- PMP/Scrum certification
- Enterprise AI / transformation experience
