Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense
Position Overview:
Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle, PC is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense Litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability cases. This role offers the opportunity to join a premier insurance defense firm with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to cost-effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Michigan PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability cases.
- Provide strong advocacy and defense for insurance clients.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Michigan.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
