Ansell is looking for a Platform Data Analyst, AnsellGUARDIAN™ to join our team!
Work location in Querétaro, Mexico; Alpharetta, GA or Iselin, NJ

In this position you will support AnsellGUARDIAN™ data ecosystem by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of data used in our safety algorithms and digital tools.

What your role will be
- Clean, normalize, and validate datasets from internal/external sources
- Conduct ongoing data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies
- Maintain documentation on data definitions, sources, and transformation logic
- Support data governance and privacy standards
- Analyze platform data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Build dashboards to track platform metrics and algorithm accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support product and commercial teams
- Support A/B testing and algorithm validation
- Prepare datasets for algorithm and API integration
- Verify data flows and system integrations with engineering teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate output and alignment
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in data analysis or data engineering support
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and API data formats
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and detail orientation
- Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- English fluency required
