Ansell is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist, Customer Service to join our team!
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 US Dollars per year
Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting our North America webstore and online marketplaces by managing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating across teams to deliver a seamless and best-in-class customer experience.

What your role will be?
- Manage and process orders across the NA webstore and online marketplaces
- Support customer product reviews and respond to inquiries across digital channels
- Maintain and support customer accounts within the NA webstore
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Monitor, document, and resolve service issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Distribution Centers to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Track and support key performance indicators to meet departmental goals
- Provide product expertise and recommend solutions that meet customer safety and protection needs
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
- Marketplace and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver for both internal and external customers
- Understanding of company policies, SOPs, and workflows
