- Perform PC imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, repairs and replacement.
- Coordinate with ANSCO’s IT Team on purchasing PC equipment.
- Answer & process end-user trouble calls.
- Track, update and resolve tickets in the Atlas Ticketing system.
- Initiate tickets with the appropriate agents/vendors for any break/fix issue that may occur at the locations.
- Provide assistance on Infrastructure projects as needed.
- Conduct tests on all PCs and printers to verify connectivity to the network.
- Resolve IT related questions or issues at the location or escalate as appropriate.
- Maintains an attitude which consistently represents the organizational culture
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the IT Director/Manager.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Have a solid knowledge of PC setup/troubleshooting and general IT knowledge
- Able to work independently and possess/demonstrate good judgment in stressful situations.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiar with PC equipment physical installations, i.e. PCs, printers and other computer hardware.
- Individual must be able to work with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google Docs to complete basic tasks.
- Good communication and customer services skills in order to work with services providers, vendors and ANSCO employees.
- Possess a high degree of understanding and knowledge of personal computers, data networking and telecommunications.
