Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives
- Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
- Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across all trade channels
- Monitor and maintain brand visibility standards in retail outlets
- Coordinate the production and distribution of POS (Point of Sale) materials
- Conduct market visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Work closely with the sales team to support promotional activities and product launches
- Track and report on promotion performance and in-market execution
- Assist in developing tools and materials to support sales teams
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and trade activities
- Maintain accurate records of trade spend and budgets
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics)
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers
- Support distributor engagement and execution of trade initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales, or a related role
- Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for field visits)
- Combination of office-based work and frequent field visits
- Occasional weekend or after-hours work for activations and events
