Position: Molding (Thermoplastic Forming)
Responsibilities:
- Operate heat presses and vacuum‐forming equipment to mold thermoplastic holsters and components.
- Follow precise molding procedures to ensure consistent shape and quality.
- Inspect molded parts for defects, warping, or inconsistencies before passing them to the next stage.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable working with heat‐based equipment and repetitive processes.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Able to identify molding defects and correct issues proactively.
- Willing to learn specialized thermoplastic forming techniques.

Position: Assembly
Responsibilities:
- Edge‐finish products using a sisal wheel to create clean, matte‐finish edges.
- Assemble products according to build tickets and engineering specifications.
- Perform quality control checks and identify issues before products move to packaging.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and high production standards.

Qualifications (Applicable to Both Roles):
- Basic knowledge of power tools such as bandsaws, drill presses, belt sanders, and Dremel tools.
- A good eye, steady hands, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work around loud machinery for extended periods (6 hours).
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods depending on the task.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and assist across departments as needed.
- Must not be a prohibited person; must be able to pass federal and local background checks.
- We cannot hire formerly incarcerated individuals due to regulatory requirements.
