Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner, located in Edison, NJ. The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient care and assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients about health maintenance, and ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations. The role also includes developing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and providing support to enhance clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient education abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols, medical compliance, and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Active Nurse Practitioner license and certification as required by the state
- Master’s degree in Nursing, or related field; Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) is a plus
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a specialty area is preferred
