Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and integrate mission-critical engineering systems for the Aerospace industry. This role is central to our product development lifecycle—spanning from initial concept and product use definition to rigorous integration testing and formal design reviews. You will be responsible for ensuring our hardware and software systems are high-performing, safe, and fully certifiable.

  • Perform comprehensive system safety assessments to determine safety assurance levels (DALs) and ensure all defined safety objectives are met.
  • Develop integrated software and hardware architectures. Lead system partitioning, define complex interfaces, and establish clear use cases.
  • Model and analyze overall system performance. Maintain rigorous top-down and bottom-up traceability from requirements through to final verification.
  • Perform design analysis for proof-of-concept validation. Develop, execute, and document system verification testing to ensure designs meet all functional and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering functions to allocate lower-level requirements and drive technical alignment.
  • Develop and optimize internal systems engineering processes and provide direct support for formal certification activities.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • BS degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of professional systems engineering experience in the aerospace or defense sector.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
