Position Overview

The Client Success Representative plays a critical support role within Anovia’s growth and service team. This position works closely with the Business Development Executive and leadership to ensure smooth coordination of client relationships, internal communication, and operational processes.


This role serves as a central point of organization and follow-through, helping support employer partnerships from initial engagement through onboarding and ongoing client service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Executive team.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-up communication.
  • Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and client-facing documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, including tracking prospects, activities, and opportunities.
  • Support proposal preparation and contract coordination.


Client Success & Retention Support

  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new employer clients.
  • Help organize and distribute client communications and reporting materials.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow up with internal teams and clients.
  • Support preparation for client meetings, reviews, and leadership presentations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of client relationships and agreements.
  • Represent Anovia in client interactions and communications, with growing ownership and responsibility in supporting client relationships.


Operational & Team Support

  • Assist with data organization and reporting preparation.
  • Support event coordination, site visits, and client meetings as needed.
  • Help maintain consistency and organization across growth and client success initiatives.
  • Track key activities, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Assist leadership with reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic initiatives.



Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client support, customer success, sales support, or administrative coordination
  • Healthcare or employee benefits experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, etc.), Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with timely follow-through with customers, brokers, and Business Development Executive
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
