What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Cabinet Assembler position at Anova Cabinets and Stone?
Location: Sacramento, CA
Type: Full-time
Pay: $23/hr starting
Growth Path: Cabinet Lead, Inventory Lead, Warehouse Manager
You’re someone who works hard and stays steady.
You’re not afraid to lift, sort, move, or figure things out. You like systems, even if they’re still being built. You’re the kind of person who shows up, asks what needs to be done, and takes pride in doing it right.
Right now, our warehouse is being optimized. This requires someone who is able to be independent and proactive. You will be working on cabinet assembly and other tasks in the warehouse.
If you want a place to grow your skill, be respected, and learn a real trade, we’re ready for you.
About Us
Anova Cabinet & Stone is a growing kitchen and bath company based in Sacramento backed with over 20 years of industry experience. We help homeowners, contractors, and developers bring their spaces to life with better products and better service.
Our team believes in doing things right. We care about the customer, the materials, and the way we work behind the scenes. Everyone here takes ownership — whether they’re loading a pallet, assembling a cabinet, or helping a customer find the right sink.
We’re still new, so we’re still growing. Things will change fast. If you like being part of building something, this is the right place.
What You’ll Do
You’ll start as a Warehouse in the Cabinet Department, handling general warehouse duties while we set up our systems.
You’ll:
- Unload and organize incoming shipments of cabinets, sinks, and accessories
- Assemble cabinets per customer order instructions
- Use pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts to move products
- Sort, label, and store materials accurately
- Pull and prep customer orders for delivery or pickup
- Keep the space clean, safe, and organized
- Share ideas for better flow, tools, or systems — especially when something isn’t working
You won’t be expected to know everything. You’ll be expected to care, stay safe, and help us improve as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
You’re dependable. You follow instructions, but you also speak up when something feels off. You don’t just want a paycheck — you want to be proud of your work. And while some days might feel a little chaotic, you keep your head down and do what needs to get done.
You’re a good fit if you:
- Are comfortable using basic tools and learning new equipment
- Have experience in warehouse, construction, or hands-on labor roles
- Can lift up to 50 lbs safely (with team support when needed)
- Can work on your feet daily
- Are open to getting forklift certified (we’ll train the right person)
- Want to grow into a trade — cabinet assembly, stone handling, or logistics
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time (Monday–Saturday)
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $22/hr starting pay
- Paid training
- Promotion opportunities as business grows
